Dan Snaith, AKA electronic legend Caribou, is a man of many talents. Putting out ‘Swim’, an album acclaimed by nearly every critic on the block, cemented his reputation as an artist for music fans of almost every genre. One of ‘Swim”s many highlights was ‘Sun’, a thrilling track often undeservedly overshadowed by pop monster ‘Odessa’. Now it’s been remixed by Pyramid, a French student, and has become an entirely different beast. Filled with vibrant synth and energetic beats, ‘Sun’ is now the pop monster that will smash its way onto the dancefloor and into your mind.

Zedd has taken upon himself to bring all these musical classics, from his Legend Of Zelda remix, to this take on the orchestral classic ‘Hall of the Mountain King”. Combining orchestration with huge electronic drops, this track remind me a lot of Hypsters’ original mix ‘The Uprising‘ we featured a while back. Nevertheless, Zedd will emback on his US tour startign in NYC june 17th. Enjoy!

This track from Swedish House Mafia just won’t go away, and now we’ve got some darn hot remixes for you. Coming from Alesso and Style of Eye, these remixes of Save The World Tonight have no doubt cemented the track firmly in its place of one of the best songs of 2011.
Alesso’s version was first previewed on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 show and we’ve all been waiting for the full MP3 to drop. After gaining our attention with his awesome track Nillionaire which hit #3 in the electro charts, he’s taken Save The World tonight and added what a tight kick and squelched bass line. Being signed by Sebastian Ingrosso (one of the trio in Swedish House Mafia), the future is most definitely bright for Alesso.

Second up and having previously released tracks under Refune and Universal, producers Style of Eye and Carli team up to give some extra UMPH! This remix has been going a bit mental on all the blogs and rightly so – it’s massive. Style Of Eye made a track last year ‘Anitdote‘, which blew me away, so it’s so good to see’s he’s back with just as strong a sound that’s set to make the dance floor go mental.

![Peanut Butter And Swelly Peanut Butter And Swelly [Mixtape] Chiddy Bang – Peanut Butter & Swelly](http://www.themusicninja.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Peanut-Butter-And-Swelly.png)
Serving as a prequel to their upcoming debut album Breakfast, Chidera “Chiddy” Anamege and Noah “Xaphoon Jones” Beresin released their third Mixtape consisting of 12 tracks featuring several other artists including Trae, Mac Miller, Casey Veggies, The Knocks.
Since we featured Chiddy Bang back in 2009, we have seen the duo grow more confident in their style and production, and this mixtape definitely reflects their growth and maturity. As one of the few groups to flawlessly combine very distinctive indie rock and electronic elements with an uplifting and well executed hip/hop flow.

No need to get political but I can’t just pass an opportunity to feature Sound Remedy and Tyler, The Creator
Being a music blogger, listening to music all day every day I’ve grown a tough skin for electronic music where very few things surprise me these days. Sure, a song titled “Fuck Bill” is bound to be aggressive in its nature and knowing that Tyler, The Creator is involved, I was obviously expecting something harsh…. Well nothing really prepared me for what Sound Remedy delivered at the very beginning of the track and maintained throughout. Utter destruction. While the chaos (and the track) may seem pointless, the frequency stretches and prominent bassline are there to compliments Tyler’s premise and just like Bill, they do it loud enough for everyone to hear.

A completely dreamy, almost underwater sounding cover of Arcade Fire‘s The Suburbs have surfaced by Scandanavian artist, Monica Birkenes better known as Mr Little Jeans. Almost a year has passed since the Canadian indie rock band released the single and it seems fitting to come across one of the best slow tempo electronic covers nearing its anniversary. Enjoy!

![Ooah Ooah [Remix] Emancipator First Snow (Ooah Remix)](http://www.themusicninja.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Ooah.jpg)
Here at The Music Ninja, we’re no strangers to the remixes and works of Los Angeles based The Glitch Mob—and especially not one-third of the group, Ooah (otherwise known as Josh Mayer). Ooah takes “First Snow”—a track originally created by Portland based trip-hop producer Emancipator—to the proverbial next level. While still maintaining the chilly atmosphere presented by Emancipator, Ooah mixes in some dirty bass synthesizers, and gives the track that extra bit of punch that you’d expect from The Glitch Mob. And while the track weighs in at a hefty seven and a half minutes, I find myself clicking repeat again and again.

So who knew Flux Pavilion was actually a pretty darn good radio presenter!? Hosting a show along with Doctor P on BBC Radio 1, the pair proceeded to drop some of the BEST dubstep tracks around. Named ‘Flux Pavilion’s 360° of Bass‘, the show included mini mixes from Circus Record‘s FuntCase and Cookie Monsta, followed by a back-to-back mix by Flux and the Doc.
Seeing as the pair both run the dubstep label Circus Records, it was no surprise that a lot of their artists were included in all the mixes, but rightly so as Circus Records are pushing out some of the hottest dubstep talent right now. The mix also shows a few new tracks from the label including a big new tune ‘Neon‘ from Doctor P, which he describes as a comerical track that features a vocal from Jenna G. Dubstep readers… you’ve already hit play right?!
