Hot young LA producer David Dann has taken Australian siblings Angus & Julia Stone’s ‘Big Jet Plane’ and reworked it into a slick electro jam. Combining the indie guitars and gentle melodies of the original with house-influenced rhythms takes some skill, but it’s no surprise that Dann has created something both mesmerising and catchy. The poppy synths give this track a get-up-and-dance vibe to it that will have you tapping your feet to the beat wherever you are. The original of ‘Big Jet Plane’ features on the ‘Big Jet Plane’ EP.
