Mix a lot of Indie with a twist of Pop and you have quite a song for those quiet, warm, summer days.
Future Islands took the extremely Pop song ‘Overdose’ by Little Daylight and threw their Indie sound into the melodies of the song. While keeping the original radiating lyrics, FI adds a flair of drums and quiet electronic beats to give the song an almost euphoric state of a mind overdose. The perfect combination, FI definitely crosses the line with their remix in all the right ways.
