Pusha T gave Funkmaster Flex the go-ahead today to premiere the latest single from his upcoming album, My Name Is My Name. Featuring G.O.O.D. Music cohorts Big Sean and 2 Chainz, “Who I Am” is yet another understated banger. Just like “Numbers On The Board,” this one takes a more minimalistic approach, one that requires a a quality pair of headphones to truly appreciate. You have Kanye West and Million $ Mano to ~~blame~~ thank for that. While I’m a bit torn on this one, given the cast involved I’m sure it’ll grow on me over time. Music castmate Common, for his dope new single, “Switch Up.” Contrary to what the title implies, it’s business as usual for Sean as the two have some fun over a dope, banging beat courtesy of Million $ Mano, No I.D., and Rob Kinelski. Sean’s sophomore effort, Hall of Fame, is on its way soon, while the single will available for purchase on iTunes tonight.
