The Trap Dojo is here again with all the beats to wank you out of your boring life and drop you into a euphoric land of 808s, where the sidewalks clap with snares on every off-step and you can feel comfortable either throwing a deuce out of the side of a smoke filled lowrider or singing along with emotionally charged remixes of tween pop-hits and everything in between. Brillz does what he does best on this heavy track thats certified to turn any turnt up dance floor into a full scale, elbows and fists, moshpit. The only thing that could possibly make Keys N Krates killer track any beter might be some sharp lyrics which King Louie, Tree & Cyhi the Prince deliver on this remix. Rustie and Salva remix a couple killer hew hip-hop tracks including verses from Pusha T, Tyler the Creator and Sage the Gemini and K Theory keeps the hip hop vibe right on going with an original track. Next up is three tracks from thefaded. ‘s newest (and last?) release “One Last Time EP“. The whole EP is 11 tracks which are all solid gangsterdam bangers so download it all free at the link above. Before whats sure to be several weeks of Yeezus remixes flooding the dojo, I just had to feature the original with the heaviest trap beat, “Blood on the Leaves”. Featuring beautiful, haunting samples of Nina Simone‘s cover of Billie Holiday‘s “Strange Fruit,” a massive beat from TNGHT‘s “R U Ready” heartbroken autotuned vocals and hard hitting stadium rap, this song encapsulates virtually all Kanye eras and is easily on of the highlights of the album. Next up is Jackal who we have been seeing alot more of lately as his refined trap beats are starting to blow up, and he shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Cop his “Trick/Machine” EP at beatport. The duo of Buzz Trillington and Shooter McNappin always bring the heat on their own, but when they come together its nothing less than an out of control wildfire, with their mashup of UZ’s Trap Shit and The Neptunes. Dis I mention Yeezus remixes? DMNDZ urn it up on the sexy “I’m In It” and tear it back down again. They perfectly rearrange the vocals over a horn, snare and chime heavy trap beat and made it (Dare I say?) a better track than the original. Run the Jewels is the duo of El-P and KillerMike and together have been releasing some killer Hip Hop through Fools Gold Records. Team Bayside High, always keeping it interesting with their remix choices have first a remix of the classic Isley Brother‘s tune “Shout” that you’ll definitely have to turn a little bit louder now. Next is a heavy remix of Chief Keef‘s “Hate Being Sober” with a huge dubby bassline. Alex Young takes on the task of remixing Daft Punk‘s instrumental for Kanye’s “Black Skinhead” and while its a great instrumental track, i found it lacking more of Ye’s lyrics either in verses or hooks. The next bunch are all heavy trunk bangers with some filthy bass lines and all the real trap shit you need to get through another week along with a couple midnight bedroom jams at the end.

Welcome to the first Trap Dojo on the revamped site. Our first track is an incredibly sexy remix of Frank Ocean‘s “Super Rich Kids”. Bird Peterson makes this song smoother than the cocoa butter you`ll be spreading on your girls back while listening to it (or visa versa). Next, Mr. Vega hits us with a ton of sharp bars from several different rappers on this vocal remix of his track “I’m Livin”. ETC. ETC. and Brillz bring you back to late 80s Harlem with their own take on the New Jack Swing. This is a track you can definitely do the (real) Harlem Shake to. If you aren’t familiar with Rustie then take note. This Scottish DJ has been huge in the UK Dubstep and Grime scene since back in 07, and this track is absolutely infectious. With this remix of Chief Keef‘s “I Don’t Like”, Willy Joy shows how he’s able to turn a hard hitting rap anthem into a dance floor banger, switching back and forth between the original instrumentals and his crazy remix, this time with a hype Moombah flip. The end of the list contains a great lovetrap mashup from Watapachi with some smooth lyrics from 50 Cent, some Keys N Krates, a trio of musicians who actually perform their songs live, a real treat in the modern EDM age, and some Future Screw, from the master of Future Screw, Trill Scott Heron.

This week we’re coming at you with a huge list of trap bangers to get you through the week. Kicking things off are a couple new names to the dojo, Austin Maddox and Power Strangers with undoubtedly the best use of the “Damn Son” sample that I’ve heard. After this huge track, i’m sure it won’t be the last time these guys will be on the list. HeRobust comes up next with the dubby track “OG Status” from his new EP of the same name, showing some great sampling work, using Big Boi and some classic jazz vocals. Next up is a new remix by D!RTY AUD!O that is certified fresh, just dropping last night. This is everything you would expect from D!RTY AUD!O, chopping up Lil Flip, and throwing in a couple killer trap drops. Loud G hits us with a couple mashups, pairing some fire hot verses by Three 6 Mafia, Gucci Mane and T.I. over a couple classic trap beats. The homie Snails from Montreal is another name you should definitely be keeping an eye on in 2013. After releasing a couple tracks getting some major attention from some major names, he’s kicking the year off right with this massive track. Of course the rest of the list is filled with bangers, before Molduloktopus slows things down a little with his rework of Kendrick Lamar’s “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe”, and Sango finishes things off with some vibes, remixing Craig David into an incredible lovetrap ballad
