Run DMT isn’t scarred to unlock any doors with his remix of fellow Austin band Love Inks’ “Skeleton Key”. DMT has only been around for two and a half years but that doesn’t mean he isn’t already making his mark on all the music he remixes and all his original productions. He’s Austin born and bread and we like that he took another band from his hometown, an Indie band nonetheless, and turned their sweet tune into a fabulous electronic, dub remix. DMT never takes away from the tantalizing lyrics of the song rather he just enhances the overall feel of the tune. The original song is stunning and DMT does the remix on point.
