Breakdown
Elaksi is a name that we haven’t heard in about half a year, but he’s decided the break the silence today with a new tune to bless our ears and sound systems. Breakdown is a monstrous, future trap affair, almost as if you put TNGHT in space and told them to make a song. It easily hold its own in one of Lunice‘s crazy sets and with additional news of a new EP in the works, more Elaksi means more, for lack of a better term, stellar space trap for all of us. With each release, Elaksi doesn’t rely on common trap tropes to push his sound out there and take it to the next level, and it’s a refreshing presence in a genre that can get old very fast.
