Lupe Fiasco
PEACE OF PAPER CUP OF JAYZUS

Another Day, another Lupe Fiasco leak. After releasing his response to the controversial Kendrick Lamar verse, the Chi-town emcee has remained relatively quiet on the new music front. This week we get ‘Peace of Paper/Cup of Jayzus’ via his recently locked-Twitter and his blog. Going in over a remake of Jay-Z’s “Holy Grail” instrumental, Lupe addresses his peers Drake, Odd Future, Kanye, and Hov, while also speaking on his place in the music industry. Admitting that he’s slipped of late, he questions what exactly a “fall from space to a bottomless pit” should be called. The 7-minute track is not set to appear on any future projects but is a free listen.

His fifth studio album Testuo & Youth drops soon and the lead single, “Crack” will feature Virginia native, Chris Brown.
