[Indie] Akron/Family – So It Goes

For Akron/Family experimentation is key, and whilst pushing boundaries, ‘So It Goes’ still manages to be an absolute riot of a song. The soft folktronica intro, complete with choral singing and finger snaps builds into a guitar-driven foot stomper of a chorus before dying down into a wistful chant. This track has everything (including the kitchen sink) thrown into it and often hits the right side of different, making it an unexpected triumph from a vastly under-recognised band.
