Every summer there seems to be a few songs that come out that really encapsulate what this season is like. Hot days, cold beer. Windows down, music up. Some tracks just give you that warm, best-season-of-the-year feeling.
This track happens to be one of those. It came out about a month ago (July 7th), and is courtesy of Little Dragon, the experimental Swedish pop act. This particular song, which is off their album that dropped just last week, has almost a triphop kind of feel. Lead singer Yukimi Nagano’s voice carries over the symmetrical beat with ease, and just makes you want hit repeat. Well, go ahead. Hit repeat already.
