Yes, you read that right.
You have to have nothing but respect and admiration for the banana-munching, champagne-guzzling duo Dada Life. A few days back they posed a question to their millions of followers as to who they thought would they be least likely to remix. The overwhelmingly majority of responses was obviously on the other extreme of the spectrum, pop sensation Justin Bieber.
Well… Challenged Accepted. They explain in their facebook:
We asked earlier who you thought we were least likely to remix… and we did it
’Justin Bieber – Boyfriend (Dada Life Remix) Radio Edit’
The result is the very track we have above. Dada Life’s remix of ‘Boyfriend’ is much more mellow than their signature in-your-face electro style but still delivers a lot of great synthetic harmonies and energy.
