GlitchMob 32 [Mixtape] The Glitch Mob 2010 XLR8R Podcast
The lords of all things glitched and saviours of infectious beats with aggressive stretched out melodies, The Glitch Mob, have once again risen to the challenge. Along-side xlr8r, they have released a mixtape that not only begs to be listened but also moans and screams in the process. While the entire collection features tracks from artists of different genres, it wouldn’t truly be a Glitch Mob mix if there wasnt a clear common detonator: incredibly seductive beats.

    This is an area in which you, as a novice starting a kettlebell exercise program, should be in complete control. The caveat is that as a beginner, you do not know much about kettlebells and rely on the advice of those who are more seasoned to help you with your selection. You will find yourself approaching instructors and asking “What size kettlebell should I start with?” repeatedly. You want to trust them and take their advice;

    I was introduced to kettle bell workouts by my ex-boyfriend. He is gone, but I still use the kettlebells ;) they’re great for calorie burning. Simply questioning if there may be a more practical fat burning and muscle toning (constructing) exercise around? Btw, love the post!
