Michael Jackson
Love Never Felt So Good (Slinger Remix)

Fresh off of one of our favorite Nu-Disco takes on popular music, Slinger returns again to grace these hallowed pages of TMN with a high-energy disco rewrite of Michael Jackson’s posthumous charting single “Love Never Felt So Good”. Already with remixes of Prince and Pharrell under his belt, it was the perfect window for that glossy and ultimately mysterious nu-disco of Slinger to wrap itself up with the inimitable vocals from the King of Pop. Slinger’s remix begins with washy synth pads fueled by a simple upscale of strings before an exploding kick drum clears quite the followable auditory path for the tune to build into a dance floor assault. Again we’re taken one step further with the addition of a classic house piano and even a slight pan-flutey breakdown to pull a smile from even the most serious of dance groovers. Once again, this one is being given away in exchange for a Facebook like, so hop to it Ninjas.
