It’s always a good day when we have some fresh music from Lido. The Norwegian producer has decided to bless us with a brand new single, teaming up with Santell aka “the light skinned Tyrese” for a smooth cut dedicated to “Ashley”. The R&B jam might be Lido’s most straightforward song to date, comprised of finger snaps, bass kicks and tranquil synths that hearken back to the genre’s heyday. Though the track has been floating around the internet for about a year now, it finally gets its day in the sun as the first single from Lido & Santell’s upcoming collaborative EP, The Passion Project, set for release on October 23 through Mad Decent and Pelican Fly.
