[Future Bass] Layto – Five4three2one (Egzod Remix)

Layto’s “Five4three2one” has already carved out a space in our cultural memory—a haunting, mellifluous track. But now, enter Egzod, the Portugal-born, France-raised, and US-based enigma, with a remix that transforms the familiar into the thrillingly uncanny. This isn’t a surprise, given Egzod’s staggering 600 million streams across platforms since 2017. Those aren’t mere numbers; they’re a testament, good-looking accolades that speak to a world enraptured by his vision.

The very name ‘Egzod,’ riffing on the French “Exodus,” encapsulates his promise: a musical journey to a world where technology doesn’t just coexist with nature—it communes with it. A world that’s beyond our grasp yet feels intimately familiar, like a long-forgotten dream. In this rendition of “Five4three2one,” the powerful bass pulsates, the future bass layers intertwine, and the melody, already powerful, now feels cosmic.

But this isn’t just about music—it’s about storytelling. Every Egzod production, imbued with spirituality and profound motifs, is a story of transcendence, an invitation. Not just to dance, but to imagine, to dream, to depart.

In a world that often feels devoid of mystery, Egzod, with this remix, offers us a portal. A chance to lose ourselves, to find ourselves, and to experience a song, not just as a mere tune, but as an odyssey.

[Electronic] Egzod & Anna Yvette – My City

Egzod & Anna Yvette
My City [NCS Release]

Two of our favorites, Egzod and Anna Yvette, have come together for “My City” on NCS. This is a MAJOR tune and it’s been released as a free download, but it’s so good you just might have to buy it to support these talents.

“My City” isn’t exactly a one-sound song. It doesn’t fit nice and neat into one genre, but rather it takes influence from things including future bass. The melodic masterpiece is some of the best work from both contributors. Everything was done right, both musicians must have been firing on all cylinders during its creation. Hear for yourself and share it with your friends over the weekend!

It'll Always Be Us (ft. Leo The Kind)

Egzod is one of those producers that’s gained a lot of traction over the course of 2017. From blogs to websites to bookings, Egzod has grown incredibly in all aspects and has set himself up for an even better 2018. He comes in to close the year out with “It’ll Always Be Us” featuring Leo The Kind.

This electronic crossover track shows just where Egzod can take his dynamic sound. No genre is limiting this French talent. There’s plenty of tracks to prove this, but “It’ll Always Be Us” may be his best and most distinctive yet. It’s something you’ll just have to take a listen to for yourself to know just how inventive it is and if you’re still into downloads, then you’ll be happy to know this one dropped for free.

[Trap] Clips X Ahoy & Egzod ft. KLA – Everything

Clips X Ahoy & Egzod
Everything (ft. KLA)

Get those trap arms ready because “Everything” is here. The collaboration between the producers Clips X Ahoy and Egzod has just that, everything. A super vocal from KLA, monstrous basslines, catchy melodies and more. It’s so good in fact that Insomniac Events has chosen it as their song of the day.

“Everything” feels like two tracks in one. It starts out with a trapstyle drop, but doesn’t deliver you the typical dirty south screeches that a lot of producers of the genre push. Instead, Clips X Ahoy and Egzod drops some heat with their unique sounds and then continue that into a totally different area the second half of the song. We won’t give it away, but we know you’ll enjoy it. “Everything” is currently available on digital platforms and as a free download.

Wake Up (feat. Chris Linton) [NCS Release]

“Wake Up” to the fact that Egzod is one of the best gems in electronic music right now. The producer’s latest release comes through NCS and features Chris Linton. Best part is that it has been released as a free download, but you can support it if you’d like as well.

Egzod can take his sound to various places, but here he delivers a future bass behemoth complete with a smashing vocal that you’re sure to be singing along to after a listen through. “Wake Up” is a bit more straightforward than Egzod’s other releases, but still has a sound that one can connect with and dance to. Like we said before, he can take his sound anywhere and this time around he goes a bit more traditional. Overall, it’s a great song that you should support despite it’s availability for free.

[Future Bass] EGZOD Drops Two Heaters B2B

France to Florida producer EGZOD didn’t just drop one single, he dropped two. The first came through No Copyright Sounds for free, while the second through our friends at Uprise Music as a free download as well. Both reside in the future bass arena, but each have their own feel that’s different from the other.

We’ll take a look at “Paper Crowns” first, a pop-infused record that features the vocalist Leo The Kind. Both artists work together to create something that is memorable and fresh. With “Celestial” the sound shifts to a more forwardly uplifting vibe that has a bigger vibe to it. It feels celestial, as though the experience it gives is all around you. Like we said before, both songs were released for free, but if you feel like showing your support to this talented producer, go on to a digital store and buy copies.
