[Music Video] Lektrique – Shred

Fans of Lektrique may already know this, but the Belgian producer is quite the talented skateboarder. His social media has several videos of him doing some really cool tricks in various places, including inside his mom’s house! Although she probably didn’t appreciate that, what we appreciated was the skate-influenced music video for his single “Shred.”

Created as an homage to his pastime, the song was just calling for a music video. Instead of showing off his skills by doing some combo lines, Lektrique built an Excalibur-esque story around an intriguing looking deck. The short video is a fun addition to a song that is still getting love from his fans, as well as producers like Far Too Loud and DJ BL3ND. Check out the video below and make sure to get a copy of “Shred” if you haven’t yet! PS, fans of Kannibalen Records label mates BTSM may recognize a few faces in the video šŸ˜‰

[Event Preview] WOLV & Kannibalen Team Up For Huge ADE Show

ADE is a monumental time for the dance music industry. The conference is a place where legendary artists, managers, journalists and other officials come together to discuss and share their ideas, music and technology. It’s home to a whopping number of events, but one in particular sticks out to us this year. On October 19th, WOLV Records and Kannibalen Records are hosting a show that will be one for the record books.

Both labels are pillars in the bass community. WOLV by Dyro and Kannibalen by Black Tiger Sex Machine, are the perfect match for a show of this style and magnitude. There are plenty of places to rage at ADE, but this is the mecca. If you call yourself a basshead and you’re at ADE, but miss out on this one, are you really a basshead? Don’t worry though, the event won’t break your budget or anything. Only thing you may need to worry about breaking is your neck from headbanging too hard. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

In honor of the event, we gathered in the dojo to put together a playlist surrounding the show’s lineup. Artists on the billing include Dyro, Apashe, Loopers, Lektrique, Goja and a special guest. As much as we’d love to tell you who it is, you’ll have to be there to see. For more information regarding tickets, head over to the show’s ticket page.

’LOOPERS – Roll Up’
’Apashe x RIOT – Fire Inside’
’Dyro – Surrenda (Feat. Le Prince)’
’Lektrique – Dark Matter Ft. Panther’
’Goja – Mosh Pit’
’Loopers – Going In’
’Apashe – Tank Girls Feat. Zitaa’
’Dyro – Artifact’
’Lektrique x aUtOdiDakT – Shots Fired’
’Goja – The Ballad’

[Multi-Genre] Lektrique – Ī©MEGA EP

Careful now, before Lektrique and company blow your speakers up with the Ī©MEGA EP that dropped today on Kannibalen Records. Although he is one of the more underrated electro/bass producers out there, he’s a producer who manages to spice things up regardless of the genre he takes on. His original “Ī©MEGA” is a monstrously heavy electro house tune that is just as catchy as it is big. Alongside the original are three remixes of varying styles. LUMBERJVCK goes absolutely bonkers on his hybrid take that is the definition of fire. Our Time dish out a memorable drumstep anthem whose second drop will disintegrate you in an instant. Andy’s iLL comes in the closing slot with his trapped out remix that jumps around between a couple different sounds. The Ī©MEGA EP is up for grabs on digital stores, so if you would like a copy, grab one here.

’OMEGA (Original Mix)’
’Lektrique – Ī©mega (LUMBERJVCK Remix)’
’Lektrique – OMEGA (Our Time Remix)’
’Lektrique – OMEGA (Andy’s iLL Remix)’
