All of the ninjas get excited every time we premiere something. Sometimes a song comes along that we get even more riled up for and that is happening today. In this TMN Premiere we’re showcasing one of Australia’s hottest talents, the basshead Sippy who took on a remix of “RA” by SLUMBERJACK.

Innovative, lively and heavy as hell, Sippy’s flip of “RA” is too fresh not to love. She pays enough homage to the original so you make the connection, but for the most part the song is all her own. With festival season here, producers are bringing out their big guns, but here we have a behemoth of bass whose quality and immeasurable size can’t be denied. It’s just a magnificent piece of electronic music, plain and simple; a remix done right. Sippy swayed us and now she’s landed one of our favorite premieres of the year so far. On April 29th, Mad Decent released a single by Slumberjack and Daniel Johns called “Open Fire.” It blew fans away, pulling in close to 300K plays on Soundcloud alone. Fans wanted more, and now they’ve got it.

Slumberjack and Mad Decent went ahead and put together a cool music video for the hit record. If you haven’t heard the song yet, you’re in for a real treat, as it is one of the best future meets trap productions you can find anywhere. With the music video, we get an interesting gaming meets virtual reality concept that will turn some heads. SLUMBERJACK is one of the most hype electronic acts on the market. There’s a reason for that; they are one of the best. Morgan and Fletcher are magicians when it comes to music. We don’t know how they do it, but every time they pull something out of their sleeves that is unexpected and blows our minds.

Most recently, the Australian duo teamed up with vocalist Daniel Johns on “Open Fire,” a hybrid single that brings sounds of trap and future into one. “Open Fire” could easily be a radio hit, which is why Mad Decent had to jump on it, among other reasons. Their top shelf production quality and high-level song writing skills are rivaled by few, as you’ll understand after having a listen to this original. Every little detail is on point, and we’d expect nothing less from SLUMBERJACK. “Open Fire” is currently available on digital stores, so head to your store of choice to get the single. Carmada has quite the list of remixers for the track “Maybe.” On that list you will find Elk Road and SLUMBERJACK who are two act’s that have begun a race to the top, with both having already landed huge releases. Now, OWSLA is backing their official flip of the Australian’s original. As far as trap goes, this is one of the freshest recent releases that has hit the web. It has a classy vibe to it, but there’s no denying this is a turn up tune. Get your trap arms ready and prepare to bob and sway, as these two acts have dished out a solid tune. They did an amazing job of utilizing stems from the original, while also keeping infusing their own originality into the mix. The remix EP for “Maybe” has not been released yet, however the pre-order is currently available.
