[Electronic] Two Friends – Out Of Love EP

Two of our friends, Two Friends, have finally released their EP after leaving fans in anticipation. Out Of Love was released by SOURCE/Spinnin Records complete with three singles, including collaboration with MAX and Cosmos & Creature.

The duo started with out with the release of one single, then another and the last coming out with the full EP launch a few days ago. This means you might already be privy to the great songs “Pacific Coast Highway” and the title track, both of which have already gotten plenty of love, with more to come. They differ in style, but not in quality. The third song “Mona Lisa Eyes” is more along the lines of “Pacific Coast Highway,” sharing a house sound that is both upbeat and fun. The full EP is well worth the time and price if you’re looking to get a copy for yourself from a digital service.

[Future Bass] Breathe Carolina x IZII – ECHO (LET GO) (Sean Turk Remix)

Breathe Carolina x IZII
ECHO (LET GO) (Sean Turk Remix) [OUT NOW]

If you’re not familiar with Sean Turk, you better be soon. He’s quickly become one of the most sought after producers in dance music. This has resulted in the commission of an official remix by Spinnin Records who asked the New York creator to flip “ECHO (LET GO)” by Breathe Carolina x IZII.

Sean’s signature bedroom bass sound is exemplified in this soothing remix. He always manages to keep a cool edge to his songs while creating an atmosphere that gives the song that “big” profile. Although Sean kept “ECHO” near to the original style, he shows just what can be done within the future sound. He moved away from the more poppy vibe and brought out a sound that will play well to large festival crowds. Summer is coming, don’t be surprised when you hear this one being played out. Download your copy of the newly formed “ECHO” today through the digital service of your choosing.

[Indie Dance] Two Friends ft. Cosmos & Creature – Out Of Love

Two Friends ft. Cosmos & Creature
Out Of Love [OUT NOW]

The Two Friends new single released on Spinnin Records (SOURCE) is a definite hit. “Out Of Love” was created in partnership with the Toluca Lake duo Cosmos & Creature. No matter what genre you want to call this, the other label you will be putting on it is something along the lines of amazing.

“Out Of Love” is a laidback sing-along that is about as memorable as a song can get without being overly catchy (and cheesy). The tasteful tune is definitely the song that will have crowds whipping out their lighters to raise up to the sky. Good vibes only on this one, which is why it’s so easy to envision the crowd calming down to really connect and bask in this special single. Plus, it’s got saxophone. Things don’t get much better than a great song with a sax.

[Future] TV Noise Feat. Jessame – Think (Sean Turk Remix)

TV Noise Ft. Jessame
Think (Sean Turk Remix)

New York’s Sean Turk managed to put together an official remix for TV Noise‘s single “Think” that features vocalist Jessame. This isn’t the first time Sean has worked with a vocal from Jessame as the two acts came together on a previous remix several months ago.

Sean’s take on “Think” got backed by Spinnin’ Records as an official remix, which you’ll see why once you hit play on the song. We’re met with what his camp is calling ‘Bedroom Bass,’ a brand of future that has a hint of funk in that makes it extra groovy. It’s chill, fun and mesmerizing. Sean did an incredible job in taking on this song, making it his own and impressing the the label that pushed the original. They couldn’t pass on it, and we couldn’t either. I spent a long time working on perfecting my craft and to look back at what we have done in 8 months is just insane. We have a long way to go and some ambitious goals, but we are ready to work to make them a reality. Thank you to every single person who has been supporting so far, I truly appreciate all of you. Y’all are dope! Oh, by the way, this isn’t the only Spinnin’ Records release happening this year.

[Multi-Genre] Buku – No Dramas EP

Is it just us or is Spinnin’ Records making some moves away from their usual grind? Take Buku‘s new EP, No Dramas, for instance. The Pittsburgh bass producer put out a four track project through the label, and it is certainly not what you would expect to be in Spinnin’ Records’ catalog.

“Terminal” opens the EP in a manner that you would expect to come from a song released by this label. It’s a cool single, but things really turn up when “No Dramas” comes next with its heavier sound. “Front To Back” keeps up the half-time groove but shifts the sound to a whole new territory. Lastly, “I Can” comes with its dirty trap sound. Overall, No Dramas is a diverse EP that is strong from start to finish. It makes it even better that you can download it for free. That’s right, now you have no reason not to get it for yourself.

Matroda – Chronic (Music Video) [TMN Premiere]

Matroda
Chronic (Available February 12)

Spinnin Records is releasing something a bit off their normal beaten path tomorrow. February 12th, they’ll be releasing a single from Matroda called “Chronic” that brings some hard bass. “Chronic” is still within the house realm, but with its breakbeat affinity and rough sound, it’s a nice subtle shift that the producer is bringing, after already delivering his sound for one of the label’s remix packages. Instead of giving you the track early, we are happy to premiere the music video ahead of the release.

Tomorrow, you can “Chronic” for yourself. Today, the animated music video is here for your eyes and ears. It’s a simple, yet mesmerizing array of images whose minimalist artistry is captivating. Music videos seem to be getting either more boring, or more strange, and although this is a little weird and funky, it’s a refreshing visual that’s not even close to being over the top. Check it out below, and come back tomorrow to grab the single.

[Music Video] Fox Stevenson – Comeback

Fox Stevenson
Comeback

Sometimes Spinnin’ Records surprises us with a really top quality record. A few times within the past year, they’ve pushed singles from Fox Stevenson, a bass act that you wouldn’t really expect to have releases with this label. He’s been a fresh act with them, revitalizing their catalog with dope tracks, including his newest one “Comeback.” Besides creating a boisterous glitch production that he also lent his superb voice to, the crew decided to make a music video for the track. Featuring none other than Fox Stevenson himself, the music video follows a couple individuals leading up to one of Fox’s shows. It’s a tasteful visual that is a nice addition to an extremely fun song. Check the video out below and head over to iTunes to grab the extended mix for yourself.
