Sleepy Tom, hailing from Vancouver B.C., is a producer who really hasn’t garnered too much attention yet for his remixes and original productions. Needless to say, a little bit ago Sleepy Tom released a massive remix to Fur Trades’ “Don’t Get Heavy,” and man did he make a statement. Tom’s rendition of the original tune is a sensual trap remix which features heavy 808’s and plenty of hi-hat while masterfully blending in the hook and chorus of the original throughout the entirety of the track. In addition to the release of the track, Sleepy Tom also released the official music video to his remix, which is nothing short of brilliant.
