[House] TÂCHES – Prints of Whales (Ft. PB Kaya)

TÂCHES
Prints Of Whales (Ft. PB Kaya)

There are a few things we love about Thursdays. For one, it’s almost the weekend. For two, most clubs bring in top notch talent. Lastly, it’s pretty much socially acceptable to show up to work on Friday with a mild hangover. Today, we can add one more thing in the mix, with “Prints of Whales.”

If there was one way to describe TÂCHES‘production style, it would be that he is able to make a mountain out of a molehill. His originals and remixes are built around simple elements that work together as a well-oiled machine into something sophisticated and mature. After three months of silence from the UK talent, he arrives in full force back to the releases space with “Prints of Whales.” Craftily interlacing smooth bass darts and jaunty piano melodies, this tune unusually executes darker, drearier elements into a more glowing fashion and develop into a deep house gem.

Big ups to TÂCHES once again on this tune and for the free download.

Yours (Ft. PB Kaya)

Surprise! UK producer TÂCHES just released this tune on Next Wave Records out of nowhere. Known for his godly maneuvers on vocal samples, TÂCHES stripped down PB Kaya‘s vocals and colored them in ominous ways. “Yours” is no regular house tune, as it features techno synths and a deep bassline. It will take you on a dark and mysterious journey in the short duration of the track. Not to mention the B&W cover artwork further gives off a noir vibe.

The mysterious producer is definitely making his way back into the underground scene with this release. Make sure to grab a free download via Toneden here! We’re expecting more trending music from the talented producer and Next Wave.

Last month, we got our hands on a jacking, future house/garage remix from London via Spain producer TÂCHES and if by judging from the tone of that post, you ninjas may have been able to tell that we were pretty excited to get our hands on some more material as soon as possible. Well that anticipatory wave has finally subsided with TÂCHES’ latest original recording, “Something Blue” being released over the weekend as a free download on account of reaching the epic 10,000 Facebook Fans club. This latest original tune floats like a cloud over genre limitations, fusing production elements of house- both deep and tech-  with very chilled down pop instrumentation techniques for an original piece it seems only the 20 year old producer could create.
