Congo Records just dropped the debut single from the duo Culpriit. As a talented producer/songwriter gruop, Culpriit has what it takes to make some major moves in the industry. Their first step has been taken by releasing “Driveaway” today.

A strong vocal performance mixed with a masterful instrumental is a recipe for success. “Driveway” has that catchy factor that you look for in a lot of great songs, but the best part about it is that the track isn’t some watered down EDM hybrid copout. It’s a genuinely dope track that has us excited for the future with these two.

There’s just something about midtempo tracks that is so appealing. There are a ton of them out there and plenty of good ones too, such as “Somebody Will” by Lincoln Jesser and Gabrielle Current. Released through Congo Records last Friday, this pop-driven single is just what you need to lose the Monday blues.

“Somebody Will” is a dazzling, acoustically blended record whose cool sound will infiltrate through your ears and go straight for the heart. It’s soft, gentle and majestic. Gabrielle’s soft-hearted voice shines brightly despite her keeping things quite intimate with her style. It fits the instrumental that Lincoln created perfectly, making these two quite the match. “Somebody Will” is currently out, so digital stores can be browsed if you’d like to get a copy for yourself.
