I'll Be Good (LYNOS Remix)

LYNOS has a love of infectious melodies and epic drops, as shown in his previous remixes. This time around, the LA-based producer puts his own spin on Jaymes Young‘s “I’ll Be Good”, and the result is phenomenal. Bits of pieces of the original are kept to retain the organic sound of the track, including Jaymes’ sexy vocals and guitar fills. The massive drop steals the spotlight, as heard from a series of bold synths and drums. LYNOS wanted to bring out the powerful message behind the lyrics to the song by using hard synths while keeping the folk elements of it. It’s one of those tunes that could up your adrenaline level a few notches.

It’s once again proven that LYNOS is the future of the electro-pop/progressive scene. Make sure to keep him on your radar, as we’re very excited to see where his music takes him.

Thero is back to provide some warmth in this cold time we’re having. His latest remix efforts tackle the talents of James Young and his wonderful tune, “I’ll Be Good.” Thero flipped the slow tune on its head into a laidback affair, not unlike a fine medium between Kygo and Filous. He retained and chopped the guitar in a manner so as to complement the rest of the tropical-esque production nicely while holding true to his own sound. I'll Be Good

Oh dear, the talented Jaymes Young just released his Habits of My Heart EP, and let’s just say our ninja senses are tingling. The LA-based singer-songwriter gave us hearing pleasure from this gem titled “I’ll Be Good,” which is a more stripped down and softer tune compared to his usual electropop style that depends heavily on the bass. Every good EP/album needs that one song that takes it down slow but at the same time, gets to everyone’s emotional core; and this track does just that. The simple beat and his fingerpicking really showcase both his talents to go both hard and soft, but yet accentuates his butter-smooth voice. Hats off to you, Mr Young.
