Swedish electro songstress Lykke Li has put out a video for her excellent new track ‘Sadness Is A Blessing’, and boy is it a good’un. Featuring acclaimed actor Stellan Skarsgard and directed by Tarik Saleh, it’s an emotional rollercoaster that ends up with Lykke dancing around, much to the embarrassment of onlookers. This track itself is a gorgeously intense and deep look at love, with brooding drums and heartbreaking vocals. London electro star Gold Panda has remixed the track, and added just the right amount of synth to truly make ‘Sadness Is A Blessing’ a hauntingly beautiful track. ‘Sadness Is A Blessing’ is featured on the album ‘Wounded Rhymes’, available from Atlantic Records.
