While their previously-released single “In The City” had some groove-filled energy, New York-based indie rock band Caveman take things down a notch on their wistful, lulling new song “Over My Head”. Glossed with lush, blooming guitar work, the track drifts on slowly, seamlessly like a beautiful billowing cloud. As always, frontman Michael Iwanusa’s vocals sound heavenly enough to make you forget we’re here on Earth and not somewhere twisting and turning in the atmospheres above.
Caveman’s self-titled sophomore album comes out April 2nd via Fat Possum.
