Multi-instrumentalist George Barnett not only writes fantastically emotive songs with infectious hooks, but he also creates great videos to accompany them. It might be worth knowing that Mr Barnett is only 18, yet has a grasp on songwriting to rival those twice his age. ‘Lone Rose’ is perhaps the best example of his craft – a jaunty slice of soulful pop-rock with heartfelt lyrics which never drags, despite being over seven minutes long.
