The remix takes most of the frown out of the original, and instead injects it with dance floor speed, funky lines and a newfound sizzling sexiness. Listen in below.

French producer Monsieur Adi — who did that awesome LDR “Born To Die” remix back in November — has delivered yet another awesomely fresh rework, working his magic on Bastille’s “Pompeii”. Catchy, exuberant, and slick from start to finish, it does exactly what a remix should do in terms of spicing up the original with new flavors. But Adi goes one step further here: he makes me want to listen to this just as much as Bastille’s version.
