There is a resurgence happening in the realm of Ambient/Experimental music in Europe, with talented artists like Moths and Apparat paving the way with new refreshing sound to the genre. UK film makers/producers collective BretonLabs accredit their sound to the very generation we live in, “the generation of immediate access to music and visuals, where careers and genres spanning decades, cultures and the globe are spread wide open for the taking, downloading and mixing into billions of individual, eclectic and genre-defying playlists.”
Brenton just released “The Commission”, a track from their forthcoming debut Other People’s Problem LP that adheres to hip/hop elements while still providing a mystic glitch rich ambient environment. Prople’s Problems LP is expected to drop February 2012.
