The not-so-innocent sweetheart, Coure de Pirate, lends her vocals to create a beautiful cover of the Canadian R&B singer, The Weeknd. An emotional rendition of “Wicked Games” that feels even more heartbroken than the original from Abel Tesfaye. The classical piano plus the fact that we hear Béatrice Martin actually curse in the song, gives this cover a much genuine vibe. We have not seen new songs out of Coeur de Pirate this year, though she recently announced on facebook that has started working on her second album. No signs of any release dates yet.
