The wonderfully named Jethro Fox has only been performing solo for a few months, but his inspiring style of epic pop has taken the indie tastemakers by storm. The Liverpudlian musician takes his influences from classic pop such as The Beach Boys and The Hollies, and latest single ‘Blinding Light’ is a near-perfect example of his harmony-rich style. Of course, it’s impossible to review Jethro Fox without mentioning his incredible voice – ‘Blinding Light’ shows off his beautiful soaring vocals to perfection, making this track a potentially massive hit. ‘Blinding Light’ is released on 7″ on August 20.
