Viewers of the Grammy’s last night received a little extra during the commercial break. Premiering the second trailer for the upcoming Disney movie Maleficent, Lana Del Rey’s new cover track “Once Upon a Dream” also made its debut. The chilling tune sets a tense mood for the theatrical trailer and Rey’s signature moody voice is a perfect backdrop. Swooning and placing listeners in a trance, the single will be the film’s title track. Telling the story of the classic Grimm fairy tale of Sleeping Beauty from the perspective of the “evil sorceress”, the upcoming flick is set to drop May 30th nationwide.
