The always emotional last song from House md that keeps you longing for more. In Episode 4 of season 6 titled “Instant Karma”, the song that played at the very end was from american singer/songwriter Ray Lamontagne with his song “Sarah”.
Entourage has always been one of my favorite shows, not to mention, I always discover new music every episode that goes by. This one, however, has been slightly difficult to track down which songs were used in their season finale. In the final scenes of the episode, as E is about to get on the plane leaving Sloan behind, the song Lisztomania by Phoenix is playing in the background. The song right after that as the airplane is about to take off is actually a song by Jay Z remixed for the Street Is Watching called “In My Life Time”.

Here is a list of some of the great soundtracks that you might have heard on Tv shows for the past 2 weeks. Also if you haven’t heard the Season 2 Finale of Life episode “One” songs (music from tv show life) I put up, I strongly recommend you check it out, really great songs.
Last week, House season 5 episode “Simple Explanation” soundtracks contained a great song by American singer-songwriter Pete Yorn titled “Lose You” from the his album “Music For The Morning After”. He started gaining a lot of popularity since his song “Just another” appeared on the teen-drama show “Dawson’s Creek”. His band will be opening for Coldplay on their spring tour this year.
On the episode “Saviors” of season 5 of House M.D., House is by himself, as he usually is, playing “Georgia On My Mind” a famous song from the great Ray Charles. I really wanted to get Hugh Laurie’s version while he also plays the harmonica but it doesn’t seem like he has released anything himself. I found instead a performance by Ray Charles Live at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 1997 which was almost just as satisfying.

On the episode “My soul of fire” (Part 2), you listened to Obadiah Parker solo acoustic twist of The Outcat’s “Hey Ya” song. This is the best acoustic version out there for this song! Enjoy scrubs hey yeah song!
Fink’s First Single “This is The Thing” from his album “Distance And Time”, released in Nov 2007, is part of the episode “Life is Pricesless”. The Lie to me soundtrack does surprise me from time to time. What I like the most about this song is the mellow poetic lyrics:

It is always great when a television series wraps an entire season with a satisfying final episodes that produces more answers then questions – (hint, hint Lost!). If you are a fan of Life, you will notice that apart from excellent writing, they also have an outstanding song selection every episode, and episode “One” was no exception.
