I am having a really hard time liking this song. It is nostalgic enough because it is remixing the theme of one of the most badass movies of all time (MI:2 sucked incredibly hard tho) but this remix feels more like it was done in the 90’s than nearing 2012. Tiesto samples the original notes adding a very house/techno-like feel that just seems to be all over the place. Not at all what I expected from Tiesto, and yet I am not very surprised.
I would gone after artists like Zedd, Porter Robinson or even Deadmau5 before asking Tiesto to update such an iconic song. Am I alone here? What do you guys think?
