San Diego isn’t the first locale you think of when talking about big music festivals but that’s changed quickly this year with the help of CRSSD Festival, a collaboration between San Diego’s FNGRS CRSSD & festival heavy weights Goldenvoice. With a stacked bill and idyllic backdrop, the first installment in March proved a huge success (you can read our review here) helping cultivate a fanbase sure to bring their friends along this time around. The fall edition of CRSSD boasts possibly an even stronger lineup than the last promising the perfect place to both see some of your favorite acts and discover new ones. For all you ninjas who will be in Waterfront Park next weekend, nu-disco aficionado Oliver Nelson, who will be playing at the City Steps stage, put together a playlist to help you prepare.
