Stay The Night (YOGI REMIX)
Another week, another industry newcomer here on The Music Ninja. You know we love bringing you guys the freshest there is, and today is no different. Hot out of the gates is the youngster YOGI, who’s serving up a remix of Zedd’s monster tune with Hayley Williams.
In this remix, the Big Smoke based producer flipped the progressive nature of “Stay the Night” on its head, dialing it up with deep bass hits, meticulously crafted samples and razor sharp synths. Once uplifting, and suggestive, the tune now takes on a much more aggressive and sexual feel, being propelled by driving drum rythyms and contorted vocals.
The latest signing to Skrillix’s OWSLA label, YOGI is already showing promise with this monster remix. Make sure you keep an eye on him, as he’s rumored to have collaborated with big Hip Hop artists for his debut EP, due out early 2014.
