[FULL STREAM] Jay-Z & Kanye West – Watch The Throne

There has been a lot of hype for the collaboration of Hip/hop giants, Jay-Z and Kanye West joining forces to produce the highly anticipated Watch The Throne. Does it live up to the hype? The creative production of Kanye West is definitely apparent in the album and Jay-Z never dissapointes with his connected and fluid lyricism. For me a lot is hit or miss, where a couple tracks immediately stand out better than others.

You can listen to the album yourself below and you can find it on iTunes from today on:

[Sorta-New] Mr. Hudson – "Forever Young" (Solo)

A new version of Forever Young just hit the streets and it seems like this time Mr. Hudson is rolling solo. The original Forever Young off Jay-Z’s Blueprint 3 features the vocals of Mr. Hudson, Jay’s rhymes and Cannon in D’ish beat produced by Kanye West. As Pigeons and Planes notes, the song does appear to be missing some extra juice but fans of señor Hudson will definitely enjoy this solo version.

[Hip Hop][Featuring Features] Drake, Santogold, Lil Wayne, Jay Z, Mr. Hudson

These 2 songs a more mainstreams than most of the music you guys see here but I’ve been listening to them a lot lately.

First it is a song by Drake on his album So Far Gone where he features Santogold and Lil Wayne, quite an unusual mash up but it mixes nicely. My only complaint is that Lil Wayne should lay off the auto tune for a little. I know that has become his style but we are about to go into 2010 now and I hope hip/hop artists start coming back to their natural ways.
