[NEW] Jeezy & Jay Z – Seen It All (Prod. Cardo)

Jeezy & Jay-Z
Seen It All

When you’ve been in the game as long as Jeezy and Jay Z have, chances are you’ve already “Seen It All.” Despite their differing styles, Jeezy and Hov have always shared an undeniable chemistry together, and throughout the years have often challenged each other to stay on their toes as they rip through each record. This song is no different, finding the talented emcees in peak form as they trade eloquent bars about their street upbringing over some banging Cardo production. Originally recorded during the sessions for Magna Carta Holy Grail, the single finds a new home as the title track off of Jeezy’s upcoming fifth studio album, set to drop on September 2nd.

[NEW] Pharrell – Frontin’ (Disclosure Re-Work)

Frontin'
Pharrell ft. Jay Z (Disclosure Re-Work)

Long-time Pharrell fans undoubtedly feel a sense of nostalgia for his incredible work of the early and mid 2000s. Luckily, though, the legendary Virginia-bred producer continues to make amazing music and the breadth of his influence is strong in both hip-hop and EDM. Today, we get a special treat from UK EDM stars, Disclosurein the form of an incredible remix of Pharrell’s classic, Jay-Z featuring track, “Frontin.”

Disclosure’s funky electronic sound meshes perfectly with the instrumental creating an incredibly fun and bouncy summer anthem. It comes as no surprise that the two styles work so well together considering that the brothers of Disclosure have, on multiple occasions, mentioned Pharrell as a musical inspiration. Kick your weekend off right with this one and look out for a free download as the SC description suggests they’ll be giving it away once they reach 1 million likes on their Facebook page.

[Hip-Hop] DJ Khaled – They Don’t Love You No More (Feat. Jay Z, Rick Ross, Meek Mill & French Montana)

DJ KHALED
THEY DONT LOVE YOU NO MORE FT. JAY Z, RICK ROSS, MEEK MILL, FRENCH MONTANA

Wanna know how I can usually tell it’s nearly summer? Well, the weather is usually a good clue (maybe not this year though), but my main barometer typically comes in the form of DJ Khaled spewing at me to listen to another one of his obligatory street anthems. Despite how you feel about his persona or talents, it’s hard to argue that Khaled’s been a mainstay on summer radio for the last eight years or so.

Ever the man of many words (but a limited vocabulary), Khaled recently expressed his excitement at finally landing Jay Z on the lead single for his upcoming album. Also featuring the star studded lineup of Meek Mill, Rick Ross and French Montana, “They Don’t Love You No More” is something of a banger, and outside of the rather dreadful auto-tuned chorus, a hard hitting number with some incredibly slick verses. While Meek Mill opens the track with unbounded energy, his MMG boss sweeps in with some mean bars of his own, with Hov handling clean up duties (and possibly firing some shots back at Drake in the process).

There’s no word yet on a release date for Khaled’s next album, but if there’s one thing that we’re certain of, it’s that we’ve got a very interesting summer ahead of us.

[Hip-Hop] Jay Electronica & Jay Z – We Made It (Freestyle)

JAY Z x JAY ELECTRONICA
We Made It

I know we probably say this every time we hear new music from Jay Electronica, but in the rare glimpses we do get every year, we begin to remember just how gifted of an emcee he really is. Our latest refresher comes in the form of a freestyle over Soulja Boy and Drake‘s “We Made It,” alongside Roc Nation boss Jay Z. While Jay Elec provides us with an update on the state of his career (even apologizing to his fans for constantly keeping them waiting), Hov delivers a ferocious verse of his own, taking more than a few not-so subtle shots along the way. We don’t want to get too ahead of ourselves, but with this being his second release in just a week (a pretty significant accomplishment for him), we’re hoping this means even more material from Jay Electronica is on the way.

[NEW] Beyoncé – Drunk In Love (Watch The Duck EDM Trap Remix) (Feat. Jay Z & T.I.)

Beyonce
Drunk In Love Ft. JAY Z & T.I. (Watch The Duck EDM - TRAP Remix)

“Drunk In Love” is quickly becoming that single that everybody wants a piece of. This weekend alone, we’ve already heard remixes from Kanye West, Diplo, Detail and The Weeknd. Now Atlanta trapstep trio Watch The Duck are looking to get a piece of the action with their tricked out “EDM Trap” remix. Recruiting T.I. to open the track with a savvy verse, this latest reinvention is sure to quickly get the energy flowing. Between this and Diplo’s effort from the other night, it’s a tough call to say who has the better party starter on their hands. Of course, there’s no reason you can’t include both versions on your playlists as you prepare for festival season.

[NEW] Beyoncé – Drunk In Love (Remix) (Feat. Kanye West & Jay Z)

Beyoncé
Drunk In Love (Feat. Kanye West & Jay Z)

If you’re a Beyoncé fan, Valentine’s day was either a blessing or a curse for you, as it seems like everybody and their mother put out a remix to the diva’s hit single, “Drunk In Love.” Arguably enough though, it doesn’t get much bigger than this. Premiered late last night by Hot 97’s Angie Martinez, this revision features a raunchy verse from the one and only Kanye West, along with some fine tuning courtesy of Mike Dean. It always make for an interesting dynamic when Yeezy hops on a single with his big brother. We’d like to think Kanye steals the show this time around, but we’ll leave the judgment up to you.
