Brooke Bentham – Oliver [TMN PREMIERE]

Brooke Bentham
Oliver

Brooke Bentham has already experienced quite a bit at just the young age of 19. Three years ago, she crafted her debut song, “We’ll Be Ghosts,” which showcased the expansive reach of the internet, the blogosphere, and the millions of scouring music nerds who search for upcoming talent each and every day. It took off. So much so, that it overwhelmed her, causing her to pull the track down from the fawning attention.

Over the past few years, she’s been honing her craft, making sure that she felt comfortable with her art being listened to by the masses, and we’re gleefully bringing you the first look at it. “Oliver” delivers all of the spine-tingling beauty you would hope from Bentham’s return, showcasing both her raw power and calculated vocal finesse. It’s backed by understated guitar work, and accentuating percussion, which serves as the perfect backdrop to become completely spellbound by each lyric. Try it out and see. We’re pretty sure you’ll stop in your tracks, unable to do anything but just listen.

The future for this budding young artist is bright and sunny, with sold out rooms and charmed fans dotted along the path. Make sure to keep up with her on Facebook to follow along.
