Last weekend was just too crazy with Electric Forest and EDC going on. This weekend, round two of Electric Forest is here and we’ll be out in the wild if any of you readers will be there too! Whether you’re traveling to EF, anywhere else or just chilling in your own town, we’ve got music to take your weekend to the next level. There has been so many great tracks released and many of them were free downloads. We’ve collected our favorites and shared them below. It’s quite rare to see an artist come out with an entire EP of remixes, but that’s just what VenessaMichaels has at the ready. To tease her highly anticipated Now That’s What I Call 2090 EP, she’s delivered a fun music video for her take on “Get Busy” by Sean Paul. If you like big butts and you cannot lie, then this music video is just for you.

Aside from the music video, she’s released the track early as a free download for fans to get before the entire EP drops soon. With the music video, there’s a whole lot of ladies with luchador masks, but instead of wrestling, they’re shaking their butts all over the place, even all over Venessa! This wild rendition of Alex Newell‘s “This Ain’t Over” cranks up to eleven right out of the gate with prominent vocals that guide the vibrant production from club kick patterns to gospel chords while simultaneously firing on all cylinders. It’s catchy, contagious, and cool all at once. VenessaMichaels has nailed down her sound, and it’s a sound that anyone and everyone can enjoy. If you can’t manage to dance even a little bit while listening to this new remix, you might want to reexamine a few things. Luckily, Nest HQ came through big time on the premiere for this tune, and, with releases like this, the #2090 life is a movement you need to be keeping tabs on.
